ASF launched AnytimeCRM version 3.5, with new features or improved ones from the previous release.

AnytimeCRM is an integrated system for customer relationship management that helps the Customer Support and Sales departments to attract new customers and to extend sales to the existing ones, while cutting down the operational costs and offering quality services.

Capone Banking is the Leader

Advantage Software Factory has won the prize for the best product at e-products / services category with Capone Banking solution.

Capone Banking was elected as the most innovative software solution developed in Romania in 2006, designed for banks and financial institutions.

Signed agreement for Kollecto implementation with EOS – KSI Czech Republic

After implementations in Romania, Greece, Slovakia, Holland, Kollecto will be used also by the Czech Republic office of the international company EOS – KSI.

The application enables an effective collections management with a superior level of control, while cutting down the costs of collection processes.

Succesfull implementation at Credit Europe Bank Ukraine

From February, Credit Europe Bank Ukraine will process the bad debts in Capone Banking. Capone Banking will support the effectiveness of the bank's collection processes by implementing key features like: time lines, queues management and third parties collection.

This implementation is the second one in the Credit Europe Bank international network, after the implementation in Romania.

Final acceptance for AnytimeCRM signed by Business Results

The first implementation in direct marketing industry of AnytimeCRM was succesfully finished on February 2008. The system will be used for the databases management, project tracking and management, campaign reporting and resources allocation.
