What are the immediate advantages that you wanted to see after having implemented AnytimeCRM at Business Results?

A first advantage of using AnytimeCRM was the more efficient processing of information. Before using this solution processing information (for example the making of a database for direct mailing purposes) could last even a few days; right now the same process can be done in a few hours.

Equally important is tracking down the efficiency of a campaign concerning assigned resources. And by that I mean the people involved in projects. Being an advertising agency, we’re paid according to performed work, budgeted as agency hours. Due to AnytimeCRM, now it is much easier to detail activities to clients, going as far as detailing people or days.

Why did you choose the Support module from AnytimeCRM?

"Compared to other systems on the market, AnytimeCRM is very configurable for client flows, projects, categories, users, rights etc. Once you understand the principles on which it works, settings can be done even in-house. In the application you can build frameworks in order to cover the activities of any department that manages clients or that just requires to track a certain flow. And everything is done from the settings. That means it does not require any additional development for the source code."

Signed agreement for Kollecto implementation with EOS – KSI Czech Republic
