How did you decide to implement a debt collection software since the beginning ?

What are the immediate advantages that you wanted to see after having implemented AnytimeCRM at Danubius Exim?

One of the most important advantages gained after having implemented AnytimeCRM was the fact that we are now able to offer banks an open and configurable platform, suitable to any flow, in which the bank’s cards support department can initialize install requests, service ore POS relocation. Thus we are able to offer personalized support flows - because each bank enforces a specific set of procedures, even if our services are seen as similar.

On the other hand, using the integrated reports system, we can evaluate our services’ results for the bank each month. With help from the workflow and web portal features, we offer the national service network the ability to geographically access cases from the respective region and to update information regarding specific cases, all in real time.

How did you decide to implement a debt collection software since the beginning of the Bank in Ukraine?

Credit Europe Bank has a lot of experience banking in emerging markets; Turkey, Russia and Romania are some of the countries where we have gained this experience. Maybe the most important thing that we learned is that it is easy to give credits and reach targets but it is very difficult to collect those credits back. The key to a good credit portfolio is not only how good the crediting policies, scorecard or the available databases (such as credit bureau) are but also how good you execute the debt collection activity.
Many banks implement debt collection software solutions when the credits in debt reach a critical numbers, for us this was not an option.

What are the immediate advantages that you wanted to see after having implemented AnytimeCRM at Business Results?

A first advantage of using AnytimeCRM was the more efficient processing of information. Before using this solution processing information (for example the making of a database for direct mailing purposes) could last even a few days; right now the same process can be done in a few hours.

Equally important is tracking down the efficiency of a campaign concerning assigned resources. And by that I mean the people involved in projects. Being an advertising agency, we’re paid according to performed work, budgeted as agency hours. Due to AnytimeCRM, now it is much easier to detail activities to clients, going as far as detailing people or days.
