Working with collection agencies is an option used by organizations to complement the work of internal departments. As a result of these needs, we developed the Collection Agencies Module.
This new feature helps collection departments to easily manage the relationship with collection agencies and other third parties involved in the collection process. Now, you can control the process of sending the file batches flow and reduce the costs through process automation. Also, Collection Agencies Module keeps a historic view of client’s behavior for in-house collection and third parties.
Managing the cases sent to collection agencies or other external providers is possible by using a dedicated tool.
