We are delighted to announce that ASF has won Best Technology Solution Provider for debt collection software and CRM at the 2016 Romanian Contact Center Awards. This is the first year that this award has been given out and we are honored to be the first time winners.
The award recognizes the 14 years of efforts that went into developing the most widely used and appreciated Debt Collection software solution in Romania: Capone.
Capone was born back in 2002 as a dedicated collection solution for an important telecom company in Romania and only covered a mere set of functionalities. Its purpose was to automate some processes involved in debt collection, while giving managers visibility and control over these activities. The project's success at the time drove us into making Capone an easily implementable solution that would help companies independent of the industry they activate in.
Fast-forward 14 years later and Capone became a fully fledged Debt Collection Platform, delivering a wide range of functionality and flexibility with a surprisingly short implementation time when compared to its competitors. Having a proven track record of over 35 implementations in 11 European countries, Capone developed into an industry-agnostic product, helping banks, collection-agencies and telecom companies reduce their bad debt and improve their cash flow, while optimizing collection costs.
This award can only motivate us further, driving innovation and excellence in addition to best practice and the constant raising of standards in the industry.
