AnytimeRisk streamlines the process of financial analysis and monitoring


Advantage Software Factory developed a new product dedicated to banks. AnytimeRisk helps streamline the processes for assessing and monitoring credit risk, internal ratings calculations and quotations required for provisions.

AnytimeRisk is a solution that eases the collection of financial statements for SME / SMB and corporate customers and performs financial indicators calculation based on flexible risk models.

As a result of using this software you will reduce operational risks, meet Basel II requirements, increase productivity through consistent automated processing flow, build a centralized database for complex analyses, simplify the reporting process and reduce the IT involvement.

AnytimeRisk covers the following areas:

  • Credit risk assessment, based on financial analysis of financial statements
  • Credit risk monitoring
  • Calculation of BNR quotations, required for provisions

ASF launches NextReports 4.1


A new release of NextReports was published. Version 4.1 solves some bugs and brings new features.

Some designer new features are:

  • An SQLite driver and it's corresponding dialect were added.
  • More properties for charts like pattern property for y column tooltips, main font property, xaxis and yaxis color properties.
  • Also, this version allows to use hidden parameters inside other not-hidden parameters even if they are not used in the main query.
  • Inside the designer every empty cell is considered to be text, not null, this allowing for fast property settings on empty cells. Previously, you had to insert a new text element and then you could format the cell.
  • A history of all selected colors inside the designer is saved for reuse for the time the designer is not closed.

Collection Agencies Module was implemented in Capone Banking

Given the present economic environment, many companies try to optimize their collection strategies in an attempt to lower their operational costs. Working with collection agencies is an option used by organizations to complement the work of internal departments. As a result of these needs, we developed the Collection Agencies Module.

This new feature helps collection departments to easily manage the relationship with collection agencies and other third parties involved in the collection process. Now, you can control the process of sending the file batches flow and reduce the costs through process automation. Also, Collection Agencies Module keeps a historic view of client’s behavior for in-house collection and third parties.

Managing the cases sent to collection agencies or other external providers is possible by using a dedicated tool.

There are 4 different administration steps:

1. preselecting accounts in automatic or manual manner

2. creating case batches

Advantage Software Factory has participated on 30-31st of May at the seventh edition of “MEFTEC – The Financial Technology Market” fair, in the capital of United Emirates of Arabia, Abu Dhabi.

MEFTEC is one of the biggest events dedicated to financial technology industry for emerging markets. This fair reunites the leaders of financial technologies from all over the world and decision makers from Middle East, Africa and South Asia. At this fair attended  representatives of banks and financial institutions from Algeria, Bahrain, United Emirates of Arabia, Pakistan, Syria, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Turkey, Tunis and Yemen.

ASF participation at MEFTEC is a part of the company’s international extension strategy. Until now, ASF efforts were focused mainly in Europe, but the positive feedback received from participants, as well as exhibitors, makes Middle East a market with great potential for ASF products.

ASF was present at MEFTEC together with 10 other Romanian companies. Romania’s participation in this fair was organized at ATIC’s (Association for Information and Communication Technology) initiative and financed by Romanian Government, through the program of exports promotion, developed by The Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Business Environment.

EOS KSI Polska uses Kollecto to improve debt collections processes

Kollecto is an enterprise debt collection system, based on Capone Platform, that enables collection agencies to control, manage and automate all debt collection processes of the company.

1. Since August 2009, EOS KSI Polska has started to use Kollecto as solution for all debt collection activities. What where the objectives you were expecting by implementing Kollecto?

The main objectives expected to result from this implementation were:

  • Improving performance of the debt collection by automating of the processes using time lines
  • Flexible designing of generated letters
  • Validation of data and matching debtors
  • High level of security
  • Cooperation with Call Centre
  • Possibility of local customisation: custom interface (custom actions), locally designed reports, locally designed letter variables, locally designed parts of screens (client forms)
